The turkey blinds today come in a wide variety of shapes, sizes, colors, and serving more complex functions than ever before. Blinds have become an important part of such a hunt only recently, although the idea itself has been put to good use by a few companies back in the early 90s. They provide great camouflage and warmth to your stand, thus increasing your overall hunting comfort.

A pretentious hunter will take full advantage of a good quality blind and enjoy the best hunting experience that can be offered by it. But the prices are not high at all, managing to stay accessible to people from all social layers despite the rather poor competition in its field of activity. One of the most popular products nowadays is a blind called The Hot Volcano, and got its name from the perfect balance between comfort and warmth it offers. The Hot Volcano takes only a few seconds to attach to your stand by simply mounting the silent 1500 BTU heater head assembly under your stand, slip on the sleeve, tie it on, and you’re ready to hunt. Don’t even worry about changing locations as you don’t have to disassemble the Hot Volcano to move your stand. This blind is made of 12 oz. cotton, is 30″ in diameter x 60″ high, and comes with a puch to hold a 1 lb. propane cylinder.

It comes in 3 sizes: 18″ to 20″, 21″ to 26″ and 27″ to 30″, depending on the width of your tree stand. 18″ to 20″ fits all ladder stands. The assembly process is easy and quick, allowing you more time to enjoy hunting. Insert round heater into mounting bracket, hose first. Then slide the bracket over front edge of stand with heater on the bottom and centered. Drill a hole in the back of the heater base and attach with a zip tie to your stand. Do not lay tree stand on heater hose or damage may occur. Next, insert sleeve over front edge of stand with black fabric under stand and insert fuel hose through the hole in the black fabric on the bottom of the stand. Tie the cords across the top and back of stand as noted above. Lay the sleeve over the top of the stand and center the hole over the heater. Now tie the cord on the back of the sleeve to the back of the stand. Tie the 1 lb. propane pouch to your stand and screw the propane cylinder to the heater hose and insert in pouch. Open the sleeve to expose the heater head and you are ready to light that burner.
